Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary SEO / Digital Marketing Head to lead our digital marketing strategies and execution. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of our online presence, driving organic traffic, managing paid campaigns, and enhancing our brand’s digital footprint. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with business objectives, leading a talented team, and fostering a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Oversee all SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and link building.
- Manage and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social media ads).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
- Implement data-driven analytics to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and content teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and resources effectively.
- Stay abreast of the latest SEO algorithms, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar advanced SEO/marketing tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving measurable growth.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
