Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shopify Specialist to join our dynamic e-commerce team. This role is crucial for optimizing our online store’s performance, with a particular emphasis on managing and enhancing our subscription model and integrating third-party applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Shopify’s ecosystem, be adept at problem-solving, and have a proven track record of driving conversions and improving user experience through effective app management and subscription service optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store's subscription model, ensuring seamless customer journeys from sign-up to retention.
- Research, evaluate, install, configure, and manage third-party Shopify apps to enhance store functionality, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement new features, campaigns, and improvements.
- Monitor website performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to identify areas for optimization and growth.
- Ensure all app integrations and subscription flows are secure, stable, and compliant with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform, apps, and subscription services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify trends, features, and app releases to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding Shopify functionalities.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify Plus development and administration.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing subscription models within Shopify (e.g., using apps like ReCharge, Bold Subscriptions).
- Extensive knowledge of Shopify app store and experience with various third-party app integrations (e.g., marketing, fulfillment, analytics).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for custom theme adjustments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Shopify Partner or Shopify Expert certification.
- Experience with headless commerce architecture or API integrations.
- Familiarity with UX/UI best practices for e-commerce.
- Experience in the fashion retail industry.
