Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Attendant to join our luxurious spa team. This role is crucial in ensuring our guests experience the highest level of comfort, cleanliness, and personalized service during their spa visit. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all spa guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Maintain the impeccable cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including locker rooms, relaxation lounges, treatment rooms, and common spaces.
- Ensure all spa amenities (towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, beverages) are stocked and readily available for guests.
- Assist spa therapists with preparation and turnover of treatment rooms between appointments.
- Provide refreshing beverages and light snacks to guests in relaxation areas.
- Monitor spa facilities to ensure a tranquil and comfortable atmosphere at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information about spa services, and address any concerns professionally and courteously.
- Perform laundry duties for spa linens and maintain an organized linen supply.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications

- First Aid and CPR certification.
