Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Office Support team member to join our bustling real estate agency in Vallejo. This part-time position is ideal for a student looking to gain practical experience in an office environment, specifically within the real estate sector. You will provide essential administrative assistance, helping to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office and supporting our agents. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Assist with preparing listing and sales collateral, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Help organize and maintain common office areas, ensuring a professional appearance.
- Assist agents with scheduling appointments and managing their calendars.
- Provide support for open houses and client events as needed.
- Handle basic client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate agent.
- Learn and utilize real estate specific software and databases.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
