Job Description
Are you a student with a passion for retail and a knack for connecting with people? Target Corporation is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Student Retail Executive – Brand Representative to join our team in Wesley Chapel. In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, actively promoting key brands, and ensuring our store is always welcoming and well-stocked. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced retail environment, develop customer service and sales skills, and become an ambassador for the Target brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and recommend products, with a focus on highlighting featured brands.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring products are displayed attractively and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, monitoring product levels, and preparing for promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Support store operations, including point-of-sale transactions, returns, and general store upkeep.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold Target's brand image.
- Stay informed about current promotions, product features, and brand initiatives to effectively communicate with guests.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
