Job Description
Are you a student looking for an exciting and rewarding summer job? G’s Fresh invites enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Student Summer Harvesters! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience, earn money, and make new friends in a lively, outdoor environment. We offer a live-in option, providing comfortable accommodation and a fun social program to ensure your summer is both productive and memorable. You’ll be contributing to the vital work of bringing fresh produce to tables across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Harvesting various crops by hand or using light machinery, following quality and safety guidelines.
- Working efficiently in a team to meet daily production targets.
- Assisting with packing and sorting of freshly harvested produce.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
- Participating in team briefings and contributing to a positive work environment.
