Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Teleperformance Pharmacy Support Aide with a strong clinical administration focus to join our team in Long Beach, CA. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our pharmacy operations, ensuring smooth patient care coordination, accurate record-keeping, and efficient communication within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process patient prescriptions and related documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Assist with insurance verification and prior authorization processes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data entry integrity.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments or consultations as needed.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Respond to and resolve patient inquiries regarding prescriptions, services, and accounts.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and scanning.

Required Skills
