Job Description

Join Teleperformance as a User Experience Aide specializing in Interface Testing. This 100% remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to enhancing user satisfaction by meticulously testing digital interfaces. You will play a crucial role in identifying usability issues, reporting bugs, and providing feedback to development teams, all from the comfort of your home. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for user experience and a keen eye for detail to ensure our digital products are intuitive and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute pre-defined test cases to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and usability issues within various digital interfaces.
  • Document and report findings clearly and concisely, including steps to reproduce, actual results, and expected results.
  • Provide constructive feedback on user interface elements, workflow, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with development and UX/UI design teams to communicate issues and suggest improvements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles and contribute to the refinement of test plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current UX best practices and interface design principles.
  • Track the resolution of reported issues and perform re-testing as necessary.
