Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Think Tank Aide to join our dynamic team in Pasco, WA. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and intellectually stimulating environment. As a Think Tank Aide, you will provide essential research, administrative, and logistical support to our senior analysts and project teams, contributing directly to impactful research and strategic recommendations for our clients. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth project execution and information flow, and will gain invaluable exposure to complex problem-solving in areas such as national security, technology, and public policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary research and data collection on various topics, synthesizing information from diverse sources.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate meetings, and track action items to support team efficiency.
- Organize and maintain research databases, documentation, and reference materials.
- Provide logistical support for events, workshops, and internal team activities.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and team discussions, offering fresh perspectives.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the think tank's operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Previous experience (academic or professional) in research, analysis, or project support roles.

- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required for specific projects).
