Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Touring Limo Chauffeur with a dedicated focus on the music and entertainment industry. This specialized role requires a chauffeur who possesses not only superior driving skills and an immaculate safety record but also an exceptional understanding of the unique demands and discretion required when serving touring artists, production crews, and entertainment executives. You will be responsible for providing luxurious, punctual, and secure transportation, often under dynamic schedules and high-pressure environments, ensuring the utmost comfort and privacy for our esteemed clientele across Kailua-Kona and the wider Big Island.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport music and entertainment clients to and from airports, venues, hotels, and private events.
- Maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness and presentation, performing daily inspections and detailing.
- Plan optimal routes considering traffic, road conditions, and client preferences, utilizing advanced navigation tools.
- Adhere strictly to schedules and itineraries, adapting quickly to last-minute changes with grace and efficiency.
- Ensure client confidentiality and privacy at all times, demonstrating utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings, offering concierge-level service.
- Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies, maintaining a perfect driving record.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and clients, providing real-time updates as necessary.
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment for all passengers.
- Be available for flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as touring schedules often demand.
Required Skills
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Exceptional knowledge of Big Island roads, traffic patterns, and local attractions
- Proficiency in using GPS and navigation applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of discretion and trustworthiness
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
