Job Description
Join WSP Global as a Traffic Flow Video Tagger and contribute to cutting-edge urban planning initiatives from the comfort of your home. This fully remote, full-time position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals passionate about making a tangible impact on urban infrastructure and traffic management through precise data annotation. You will be instrumental in analyzing video footage to identify and categorize various elements of urban traffic, providing crucial data that informs critical decision-making for smarter cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously review and analyze video footage of urban traffic flows.
- Accurately tag and categorize vehicles (cars, buses, trucks, motorcycles), pedestrians, cyclists, and other relevant objects based on predefined guidelines and specifications.
- Identify and record specific traffic events, patterns, and anomalies within the video data.
- Utilize proprietary tagging software and tools efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure the highest level of data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Collaborate with the City Planning and data analysis teams to clarify tagging requirements and address any data discrepancies.
- Provide constructive feedback on video quality and tagging tool functionality to support continuous process improvement.
