Job Description

UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Feedback Assistant to join our remote team. In this pivotal part-time role, you will be instrumental in gathering, analyzing, and reporting on customer opinions regarding our services, digital platforms, and overall brand experience. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute valuable insights that drive service enhancements and innovation at a global logistics leader. You will focus on qualitative and quantitative feedback, helping us understand customer sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in remote feedback sessions, surveys, and opinion-gathering initiatives.
  • Document and categorize customer feedback across various touchpoints, including online forums, product reviews, and direct survey responses.
  • Analyze qualitative data to identify common themes, pain points, and areas of satisfaction.
  • Summarize key findings and prepare concise reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customer experience and product development teams to ensure feedback is actioned appropriately.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all feedback processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of feedback collection methodologies.
