Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others unlock their potential through the power of visualization? Mindvalley is seeking a highly creative and empathetic Virtual Dream Builder with a strong focus on creative visualization techniques. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in designing and guiding users through immersive visualization exercises and programs, helping them clarify their goals, overcome limiting beliefs, and manifest their desired realities. You will work within our content creation team, blending psychology, creativity, and technology to craft impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging creative visualization scripts and guided meditation programs.
- Collaborate with content creators, psychologists, and instructional designers to integrate visualization into broader personal development curricula.
- Conduct research on best practices in visualization, mindfulness, and manifestation to inform program development.
- Facilitate live virtual workshops or sessions focused on creative visualization techniques.
- Gather feedback from users and iterate on visualization exercises to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Mindvalley's mission and integrate its core principles into all visualization content.
- Contribute to the strategic planning for new visualization-focused products and features.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) in designing and leading creative visualization practices or similar mindfulness/meditation techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and clear instructions.
- Strong understanding of the psychological principles behind visualization and manifestation.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Proficiency with digital content creation tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in mindfulness, meditation instruction, hypnotherapy, or a related field.
- Experience in an EdTech or personal development industry setting.
- Familiarity with Mindvalley's existing programs and philosophies.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Creative Arts, or a related discipline.
