Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Meet and Greet Driver for Airport Terminal Arrivals. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our valued customers arriving at the airport. You will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, assisting them with their luggage, and safely transporting them to our designated rental facility or directly to their waiting vehicle. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding start to our customers’ rental experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers upon their arrival at airport terminals.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading luggage from the vehicle.
- Safely and efficiently transport customers to and from the rental facility or designated vehicle pick-up points.
- Maintain a clean and presentable company vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding the rental process, if requested.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or incidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in the transportation, hospitality, or rental car industry.
- Knowledge of the Miami International Airport layout and surrounding areas.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
