Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and customer-centric Warehouse Concierge to join our high-end retail distribution team in Lancaster, PA. In this unique role, you will be the gatekeeper of luxury, ensuring that every product moving through our facility meets the stringent quality standards our brand is known for. This isn’t just a warehouse job; it’s an opportunity to apply a white-glove service approach to logistics, handling premium merchandise with the utmost care and precision. You will be responsible for the meticulous inspection, preparation, and dispatch of high-value items, directly contributing to the elevated experience our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing high-end merchandise, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or damages.
- Carefully handle, sort, and store luxury items according to brand-specific guidelines and protocols.
- Coordinate with inventory management and sales teams for special requests, expedited orders, and VIP client shipments.
- Ensure pristine presentation and packaging of products, upholding brand image standards.
- Maintain an organized and immaculate workspace, adhering to all safety and security procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Document and track inventory movements using our warehouse management system.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, embodying Nordstrom's service-oriented culture.

- Ability to lift and move packages up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
