Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Netflix Listing Assistant to join our content operations team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring the quality and completeness of Netflix content listings in an e-commerce style database. You will work with various content attributes, ensuring all information is consistent, up-to-date, and meets our rigorous standards. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry for Netflix content listings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specific guidelines.
- Verify and enrich content metadata, including titles, descriptions, genres, cast, crew, and other relevant attributes.
- Review and cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain data integrity and quality within our content management systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify data requirements and improve listing processes.
- Identify and report any data anomalies or system issues.
- Assist in special projects related to content categorization and data enhancement.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

- Familiarity with the entertainment industry, particularly film and television content.
