Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cloakroom Attendant to join our dynamic team for evening shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests attending various events, from galas and weddings to concerts and private parties. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in and storage of coats, bags, and other personal items.
  • Issue unique tags or tickets for stored items and ensure their secure placement in the cloakroom.
  • Efficiently retrieve items for guests upon departure, ensuring quick and accurate service.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and secure cloakroom area throughout the shift.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide directions or information about the venue.
  • Assist with other guest service duties as needed during events.
  • Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  • Process any lost and found items according to company policy.
