Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages and freight from trucks and containers.
- Sort and stage packages according to destination and shipping labels.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 70 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with material handling equipment.
