Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Derry / Londonderry. This full-time position operates on a consistent 4 days on, 4 days off roster, offering excellent work-life balance and a competitive salary for dedicated individuals. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment center operations, ensuring the smooth flow of products from inbound to outbound. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including manual handling and lifting.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse in a clean, tidy, and safe manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely and efficiently after training.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 23 kg (50 lbs) regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Commitment to adhering to safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar operational environment.
