Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our night shift team in Denton, TX. This is an entry-level, full-time position, perfect for individuals looking to start a career in logistics with a stable and reputable company. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of products through our distribution center, contributing to our commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely after proper training and certification.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies and procedures.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.
- Conduct quality checks on products and report any discrepancies or damages.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and excellent punctuality.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during night shifts.
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines meticulously.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience working night shifts or in a physically demanding role.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus, but not required.
- Experience operating material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts or pallet jacks (certification preferred, but training provided).
