Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Web Navigation Labeler to join our UX Research team. This 100% remote position focuses on enhancing the usability and intuitiveness of digital products by accurately labeling and categorizing web navigation elements. You will play a crucial role in providing structured data that informs user experience improvements and ensures a seamless journey for our users. This role requires a keen eye for consistency, an understanding of user intent, and the ability to contribute to the foundational data that drives our UX strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize various web navigation elements (e.g., links, buttons, menus) according to predefined guidelines.
- Analyze existing navigation structures and identify areas for improvement in clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UX researchers and designers to understand project goals and labeling requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback on labeling guidelines and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and integrity through rigorous self-review and quality checks.
- Contribute to the development of robust information architecture through precise and thoughtful labeling.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to align on project objectives and share insights.
