Job Description

Join our team as a WFH Content Moderator and play a vital role in ensuring a safe and positive online experience for millions. This 100% remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home, contributing to the integrity of social media platforms by reviewing user-generated content against established guidelines. You will be at the forefront of protecting online communities from harmful and inappropriate material, making a tangible difference in the digital world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
  • Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior moderators or specialized teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in content moderation tasks.
  • Stay updated on evolving content policies, guidelines, and cultural nuances.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and safe online environment for users.
  • Handle sensitive content with maturity, empathy, and strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
