Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented WFH G-Suite Technical Assistant to join our dynamic remote team in the UK. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in providing technical support and administrative assistance, primarily focusing on Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a solid understanding of cloud-based productivity tools. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting user issues, and maintaining system efficiency while working from the comfort of your home, with all necessary equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) related issues for internal users.
  • Assist with user account management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access rights modifications within the G-Suite admin console.
  • Troubleshoot common software and hardware issues remotely, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides for G-Suite applications and internal processes.
  • Conduct virtual training sessions for users on G-Suite features and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and report on recurring issues to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the deployment and management of company-provided equipment, ensuring remote setup and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery and project completion.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) applications (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
