Job Description
Join our team as a WFH Pinterest Moderator and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and positive environment for users on one of the world’s most creative platforms. This 100% remote position involves reviewing user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines, and proactively identifying and addressing harmful or inappropriate material. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to online safety will directly contribute to a secure and enjoyable experience for millions of Pinterest users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-submitted content (images, videos, text) on the Pinterest platform according to established community guidelines and policies.
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive content issues to senior moderators or specialized teams as needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all moderation tasks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and guidelines by providing feedback.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality and data security protocols.
- Stay informed about current trends in online content moderation and platform policies.
