Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Night Fill Assistant to join our remote operations team. This unique role supports our night-time retail operations entirely from a remote setting, focusing on the critical administrative and coordination aspects that ensure our stores are perfectly stocked for the next day. You will be instrumental in managing virtual inventory, processing data, and coordinating with our on-site teams to ensure seamless stock flow and availability. This position offers high night rates to compensate for unsocial hours and the flexibility of working from home. Please note, while the title contains ‘Night Fill Assistant’, this specific role is 100% remote and focuses on digital inventory and logistical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtually manage and update inventory levels across various product categories during night hours.
- Process incoming stock data, including deliveries and returns, ensuring accuracy in our systems.
- Coordinate remotely with on-site night teams regarding stock discrepancies, replenishment needs, and promotional displays.
- Monitor product availability and flag potential stock-outs or overstock situations to relevant departments.
- Generate detailed inventory reports and analyses to inform purchasing and stocking decisions.
- Assist with data entry related to new product lines, price changes, and merchandising updates.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory management policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support for night operations, ensuring all digital records are up-to-date.
