Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the Netflix user experience by accurately categorizing and tagging our vast library of movies and TV shows. This is a 100% remote, part-time position, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule while contributing to one of the world’s leading entertainment platforms. As a Content Labeler, you will be responsible for ensuring that our content is discoverable and appropriately classified, helping millions of users find their next favorite show or movie. We are looking for individuals with exceptional attention to detail, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to consistently apply complex guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately categorize a diverse range of film and TV content based on established guidelines.
- Apply relevant metadata tags, including genre, themes, subgenres, and audience appropriateness.
- Ensure the consistency, quality, and accuracy of all labeled data.
- Meet daily and weekly content labeling targets and quality metrics.
- Provide constructive feedback on labeling tools, guidelines, and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all content and internal processes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to follow complex instructions and apply detailed guidelines consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable with technology, data entry, and using various online tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer suitable for remote work.
- Fluency in English, with excellent reading comprehension.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in content management, data entry, quality assurance, or a related field.
