Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Support testing activities, including developing test cases and performing user acceptance testing.

- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest Microsoft products and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Microsoft products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant internship experience in a business analysis or IT-related role.
- Academic projects involving business process analysis or system design.
- Familiarity with any Microsoft business applications (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of agile methodologies.
- Minor in Data Analytics or similar quantitative field.
