Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Order Picker in our Peterborough fulfillment center. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the accurate and efficient picking of customer orders to maintain our high standards of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick products using handheld scanners and follow instructions to fulfill customer orders.
- Ensure all picked items are correctly packed and prepared for shipment.
- Operate various types of equipment, such as pallet jacks or carts, safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 kg for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
