Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Teleperformance Order Processor to join our fast-paced retail support team. This 100% remote position is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders for our leading retail clients. You will be responsible for verifying order details, inputting information into systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining a high level of data integrity. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent organizational skills, and is comfortable working independently from a home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using various internal systems and platforms.
- Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and shipping information, against client guidelines.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to orders by collaborating with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed orders and related communications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm orders, provide updates, or resolve inquiries.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets.
