Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Returns Clerk to join our e-commerce operations team in Pasco, Washington. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer returns and exchanges, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining inventory integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise from e-commerce customers.
  • Verify return authorization information and ensure accuracy of items received.
  • Assess product condition, categorize items for restocking, repair, or disposal.
  • Accurately update inventory management systems with return details.
  • Generate and apply appropriate return labels and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with customer service regarding complex return issues or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized returns processing area.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs regularly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or e-commerce returns processing role.
