Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Returns Clerk to join our e-commerce operations team in Pasco, Washington. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise from e-commerce customers.
- Verify return authorization information and ensure accuracy of items received.
- Assess product condition, categorize items for restocking, repair, or disposal.
- Accurately update inventory management systems with return details.
- Generate and apply appropriate return labels and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customer service regarding complex return issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized returns processing area.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 30 lbs regularly.
