Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort parcels and packages according to destination and various logistical categories.
- Load and unload packages from company vehicles and conveyor belts.
- Scan packages using handheld devices to track movement and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sorting goals.
- Report any damaged packages or operational issues to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately read labels and scan barcodes.
- Reliable and punctual, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Basic communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical role.
