Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report any discrepancies.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, according to company standards.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely (training provided if needed).
  • Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock movement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of orders.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, drivers, and internal departments.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record-keeping.
