Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Google employees for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Assist with user account management, access control, and security protocols.
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills
- Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn new systems and tools.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
