Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team, focusing on invoicing and administrative support for our AI-driven operations. This 100% remote role involves processing high volumes of financial and operational data accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity for our artificial intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced environment. This position is crucial for maintaining the quality and accuracy of the data that fuels our advanced analytical tools and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and process invoicing data, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and spreadsheets with precision.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of accounts by cross-referencing data from various sources.
  • Prepare and generate reports based on entered data as required by management or AI systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve data-related queries and issues.
  • Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data entry processes and AI system data quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a financial or invoicing context.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles or invoicing processes.

  • Experience with accounting software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
