Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the movement of furniture, equipment, and supplies within the facility, adhering to safety protocols.
- Deliver mail, packages, and internal correspondence to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
- Support event setups and breakdowns, including arranging chairs, tables, and other necessary items as per requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, storage rooms, and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as directed, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs, reporting larger issues.
- Provide support to various departments as needed, ensuring efficient operations and a collaborative environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security policies and procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or incidents to management promptly and clearly.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (with appropriate equipment or assistance if required).
