Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to earn high weekly payouts, driving one of our modern vans and delivering parcels efficiently across designated routes. If you are reliable, have excellent driving skills, and are committed to providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you. Experience in multi-drop delivery is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver parcels to residential and business customers on your assigned route.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Manage your delivery manifest and ensure all parcels are accounted for.
- Provide exceptional customer service at every stop, handling inquiries professionally.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Load and unload your vehicle in an organized and safe manner.
Required Skills
- Valid UK driving licence (max. 6 penalty points).
- Ability to lift and carry parcels of various sizes and weights.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A 'can-do' attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in multi-drop delivery or a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Sheffield area and surrounding routes.
- Experience with handheld scanning devices.
