Job Description
Are you passionate about Apple apps and have a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy exploring new features and providing constructive feedback? GoDaddy is looking for enthusiastic Apple App Beta Testers to join our remote team. In this flexible role, you’ll get early access to upcoming features and apps, helping us refine user experience and identify potential issues before public release. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Download and thoroughly test pre-release versions of Apple applications on your personal Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.).
- Actively use apps across various features and scenarios, attempting to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Provide detailed, constructive, and timely feedback through our designated reporting tools.
- Document steps to reproduce bugs and suggest improvements for user experience.
- Participate in occasional online surveys or discussions regarding app functionality and design.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all pre-release information and features.
Required Skills
- Strong familiarity and regular use of Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, macOS).
- Excellent written communication skills for providing clear and concise feedback.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to identify subtle issues.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable Apple devices for testing.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete testing tasks independently.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a beta tester for software or mobile applications.
- Familiarity with bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, TestFlight).
- Experience using various GoDaddy products.
- Active participation in online tech communities or forums.
