Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? Hilton Bristol is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Hotel Porter to join our welcoming team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we’re dedicated to providing comprehensive training to help you succeed. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver outstanding guest service, we want to hear from you! You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring their stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and belongings.
- Efficiently transport guest luggage to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Help maintain a tidy and welcoming hotel lobby and entrance area.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, and other items to guest rooms as required.
- Support other hotel departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
- Operate the hotel's concierge desk in the absence of the Concierge.
