Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children under your care.
  • Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including creative play, reading, and outdoor adventures.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
  • Assist with homework and school projects as needed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
  • Perform light household duties related to child care, such as tidying play areas and children's rooms.
  • Adhere to Bright Horizons' health and safety standards and policies.
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children.
