Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide information to guests about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Assist with the delivery and collection of packages, mail, and other items for guests and staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Support the front desk and other departments with various tasks as needed, ensuring smooth hotel operations.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by adhering to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Operate hotel trolleys and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, aiming to exceed expectations.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage comfortably.
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.

Preferred Qualifications
