Job Description

Concentrix is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our fully remote team as Google Ads Support Agents. You’ll be the first point of contact for Google Ads advertisers, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping them optimize their campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service and technical support to Google Ads advertisers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist advertisers with account setup, campaign management, billing inquiries, and policy questions.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Google Ads platform functionality and campaign performance.
  • Educate clients on Google Ads features, best practices, and optimization strategies to improve their advertising success.
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google Ads products, policies, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Comfortable navigating and troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
  • A dedicated home office space free from distractions with reliable high-speed internet.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with online advertising concepts or platforms.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
