Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Remote AI Chatbot Moderator to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote position within the USA, requiring zero phone interaction. As an AI Chatbot Moderator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and accuracy of our AI-powered chatbots by reviewing and refining conversational data. Your work will directly contribute to improving user experience and ensuring the chatbot’s responses are helpful, accurate, and align with brand guidelines. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals with excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail who are looking to kickstart their career in the exciting field of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate chatbot conversations to ensure accuracy, relevance, and adherence to content guidelines.
- Identify and tag areas for improvement in chatbot responses, providing constructive feedback to AI trainers and developers.
- Categorize and annotate conversational data to help train and optimize AI models.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate teams for further review.
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency in all moderation tasks.
- Stay informed about updates to chatbot functionalities and content policies.
