Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking, rotating, and tracking bar supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and an excellent customer experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment (minimum 6 months)
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and beer
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace
- Proficiency in using POS systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant bartending certification or training
- Experience with inventory management and ordering procedures
- Familiarity with local licensing laws and regulations
