Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Support Agent. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients’ customers, providing exceptional support exclusively through text-based channels, including email and chat. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel at written communication and problem-solving, and are looking for a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and live chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product and service offerings to effectively address customer questions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and customer service skills through ongoing training and feedback.
