Job Description
We are seeking a visionary AI SEO Content Strategist to join our dynamic Growth Marketing team. This 100% remote role is crucial for leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to optimize our content strategy, drive organic traffic, and enhance our overall search engine visibility. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record in content strategy, and hands-on experience integrating AI tools into content creation and optimization workflows. You will be instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, developing innovative content approaches, and measuring the impact of our SEO efforts on business growth. This is a strategic role that blends creativity, data analysis, and technological expertise to propel HubSpot’s inbound marketing to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI-powered SEO content strategies aligned with business objectives and growth marketing goals.
- Utilize AI tools for keyword research, content gap analysis, topic cluster development, and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging, SEO-friendly content across various formats (blog posts, landing pages, guides, video scripts, etc.)
- Collaborate with content creators, product marketing, and engineering teams to ensure content quality, accuracy, and technical SEO compliance.
- Implement and monitor AI-driven content performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve content effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in AI, SEO, search algorithms, and digital marketing, continually identifying new tools and techniques to enhance our strategy.
- Conduct regular content audits and identify opportunities for repurposing, refreshing, and optimizing existing content using AI-powered insights.
- Drive innovation in content distribution and promotion channels, leveraging AI for audience targeting and personalization.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in SEO and content strategy (4+ years).
- Demonstrable experience with AI tools for content generation, optimization, or analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, MarketMuse).
- Expert-level knowledge of SEO platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex strategies clearly.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in growth marketing principles and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in a SaaS or technology company.
- Familiarity with HubSpot's CRM and Marketing Hub.
