Job Description
Are you an Apple enthusiast with a deep understanding of their ecosystem and a passion for helping others discover the best of Apple? Currys PLC is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable WFH Apple Brand Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for all things Apple, providing exceptional customer service, product demonstrations, and sales support to our valued customers. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a significant impact on our customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level knowledge and advice on the full range of Apple products and services (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, etc.)
- Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and consultations for customers
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, matching them with the perfect Apple devices and accessories
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical support for common Apple product issues
- Stay continuously updated on new Apple product releases, software updates, and industry trends
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote Apple products and campaigns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive and supportive interactions
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, including sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics
Required Skills
- In-depth, hands-on knowledge and passion for the Apple ecosystem, including hardware, software, and services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven customer service experience, with a focus on problem-solving and empathy
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools (video conferencing, chat, email)
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive product adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer support, or technical support for a technology brand
- Apple certifications (e.g., AppleCare iOS Qualification, Apple Certified Mac Technician)
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales platforms
- A track record of exceeding customer expectations and sales goals
