Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship pharmaceutical products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Stock and organize warehouse shelves, ensuring proper inventory placement and rotation.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand scanners, after receiving proper training.
- Perform routine inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company and regulatory safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and staging.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for counting and verification.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
