Job Description
Are you meticulous, organized, and have a keen eye for detail? Fanatics is seeking an enthusiastic Amazon Product Listing Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team in Wesley Chapel, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently creating and maintaining product listings on Amazon. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in e-commerce, requiring strong data entry skills and a commitment to accuracy. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are presented professionally and correctly to millions of potential customers on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input product data, descriptions, images, and specifications into Amazon Seller Central.
- Perform copy and paste functions for product information from internal databases to Amazon listing templates.
- Ensure all product listings adhere to Amazon's guidelines and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing products for optimal searchability on Amazon.
- Conduct basic quality checks on existing listings to identify and correct errors.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure consistent branding and product information.
- Maintain updated records of product information and listing statuses.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and data entry.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon preferred, but not required).
