Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Chatbot Evaluator to join our AI quality assurance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the performance and accuracy of our AI-powered chatbots by evaluating their text-based responses. Your primary responsibility will be to review chatbot conversations, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback to refine their natural language understanding and generation capabilities. This is a 100% remote position with no voice interaction required, focusing entirely on text-based evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate chatbot responses for accuracy, relevance, grammar, and tone.
- Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, or areas where the chatbot's understanding is lacking.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to improve chatbot performance.
- Categorize and tag chatbot interactions based on predefined guidelines.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation guidelines and best practices.
- Stay updated on AI advancements and natural language processing trends relevant to chatbot technology.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication skills in English (US English).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify subtle nuances in language and context.
- Proficiency with common office software and web-based tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and machine learning principles.
