Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive WFH Netflix Coordinator with a strong focus on Event and Logistics to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of internal and external events, as well as managing complex logistical challenges for various projects across Netflix’s vast ecosystem. You will be instrumental in supporting event planning, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and ensuring all logistical aspects are handled seamlessly to uphold Netflix’s high standards of excellence. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical elements for internal and external company events, including virtual meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contract review, and performance tracking for event-related services (e.g., catering, AV, venues).
  • Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation for event attendees and participants as needed.
  • Oversee inventory and distribution of event materials, swag, and promotional items.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for event-related inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments (e.g., marketing, production, HR) to ensure event objectives are met.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential logistical challenges and develop contingency plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations for all events.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in event coordination, logistics management, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience with budget management and vendor relations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working within the entertainment, media, or tech industry.
  • Familiarity with virtual event platforms and tools.
  • Certification in event planning (e.g., CMP – Certified Meeting Professional).
  • Experience with international event logistics.
